Dr Saurabh Singhal, Head- Rwanda Chapter of The Diplomatic Club – Africa Division, in association with the Indian Community in Rwanda, has extended its warm congratulations to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, on the successful completion of 12 years of dedicated public service and Transformative leadership.
